These rugged low cost furnaces are recommended for liquid hardening with salts, lead or cyanide. They are designed to meet the heavy production demands of industry. Powerful, quiet Johnson blowers assure maximum performance and quick recovery. Burner port design and placement prevents flame impingement on pots assuring longer pot life and uniform bath temperatures; side exhaust vents keep hot gases from operator.

Furnaces are constructed of heavy gauge welded and reinforced steel with cast iron top rim. They are lined with high temperature refractory insulation backed up with highest quality insulating firebrick. They feature Johnson Spark Ignition and come complete with steel pot. Automatic temperature controls are available at extra cost.
